STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They totally misrepresent their services!!! After dealing with some serious physical issues post-COVID, I thought I’d get some help with moving. Nicole quoted me $280 an hour (credit card) for 6 movers, promising FULL assistance as she described and confirmed. Their website clearly outlines the difference between partial and full packing and unpacking. She suggested that having 6 or 7 movers would be better to avoid overtime or to split it over 2 days. I opted for 6 movers on the same day. Then came the extra $2000 in fees later. I made it crystal clear about my physical limitations and that I needed full assistance. I was looking for help with packing, unpacking, moving all my stuff, and putting it away. Their website makes it sound like you can just kick back and relax, but that’s a total LIE. The movers were polite and seemed to be working hard, but I would’ve gladly paid for extra time if they had just left everything in order. Instead, they charged me $6000 and more for leaving my new place in utter chaos. I’m beyond frustrated right now. These guys clearly lack experience in unpacking and organizing. They just tossed things around. And don’t get me started on the packing job—it was a complete mess. I can’t find anything! They claim they’ll handle everything for you, yet all my REFRIGERATED FOOD was packed in boxes and left out for hours. I paid $6000 for a place that’s now messier than it’s ever been. They say I asked them to stop unpacking. Well, of course, I did at 11 PM when they were just creating a bigger mess. My bed wasn’t even set up! How am I supposed to get back to normal when I can’t do it myself? Now I’m looking at spending another $6000 I don’t have just to clean up after them. If your team can’t finish the FULL PACKING AND UNPACKING as promised, you need to refund people, especially since I asked them to stop due to the mess. You advertise that your movers have the skills for the whole process, but they can only dump stuff in boxes and move it around. You should really think about hiring professional organizers to handle the packing and unpacking so you can justify the kind of money you charged me. So much for helping someone dealing with post-COVID issues. I’m furious right now. The pictures I’m sharing show what a $6000 job looks like. They completely took advantage of my situation! We’ve been calling them to express our dissatisfaction (they guarantee satisfaction on their website), asking them to adjust the hourly rate based on the actual service provided (which was MESSY, DISORGANIZED PACKING AND MOVING), but they won’t let us talk to any management or supervisors. NICOLE AND RAYNA keep saying they’ll talk to a manager and call back, but they never do. I have all your emails where you promised full professional services. They seem like a total SCAM, taking your money without a care. THEY LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THE SERVICE YOU PROMISED WAS A COMPLETE DECEPTION. MISTER owner of SOS Moving LLC, I know who you are. You flaunt your lavish lifestyle on Instagram, pretending to earn an honest living while stealing from people. You’re in for a surprise because I come from a LAW ENFORCEMENT family, including the FBI. I’ll escalate this to the highest level if I have to; you won’t get away with this. Hope you can sleep at night knowing you’re taking money from people.

I used SOS for my move last December. The two guys, Mike and Bek, were real pros—super polite and took great care of my belongings. The booking was a breeze online, and Andy was there to help me sort out the details. I'm giving it 4 stars because my arrival window was from 1 to 4 pm, and they showed up right at 4 pm, which was a bit annoying. The whole move wrapped up around 9 pm. All in all, I’d recommend them.
